Beginning Horse Training
Ground Work and Lunging
Service Description
Learn the beginning fundamentals for horse training. This class is geared towards students 12 and up with prior horse experience. You will learn how to use your body language and energy to communicate with the horse. You will learn basic groundwork skills used to train and work with horses. We will also cover lunging. You will learn different equipment and how and when to use it. You will also get to practice lunging a horse on the lunge line. Students will need warm clothing and a helmet. The barn is heated, but the arena is not. Please wear gloves, boots and an ear cover. Snowpants can be worn as well. Due to the limited space, all bookings are final. We are unable to refund or reschedule any missed classes.

Cancellation Policy
Lessons and classes booked are final sales. Unfortunately, due to limited space, we have a strict no cancellation/reschedule policy and are unable to refund lessons booked. Please make sure the lesson time and date works with your schedule prior to booking. If you or your child has any cold or flu symptoms, please stay home until you are feeling better. Students who are coughing, sniffling or sneezing will be sent home to keep everyone at the barn safe and healthy. Contact Crystal if you or your child is unable to attend the lesson, ideally at least 2 hours prior or as soon as you know you can not make it. Thank you for understanding.
